Consultancy

I deliver flexible, tailored neurodiversity consultancy across a range of sectors, including government, charities, and the private sector.

Working with businesses
and orgnisations

Neurodiversity-focused consultancy helps organisations move from awareness to meaningful, practical inclusion. By working with teams, leaders, and systems, it supports organisations to understand neurodiversity within their culture, communication, and everyday practices, creating environments where neurodivergent people can truly belong and thrive. Through tailored workshops and collaborative learning, organisations gain practical tools to improve accessibility, teamwork, and psychological safety while recognising neurodiversity as a strength. This approach supports fairer recruitment, better retention, clearer communication, and more innovative, resilient, and equitable workplaces for everyone.
